To get the most benefit from juicing, try juicer recipes that include lots of leafy green vegetables. There are countless benefits of vegetable juicing and some of the benefits are not yet fully understood by science. However, we do know for a fact that a person whose diet consists largely of vegetables has much lower risk of common health problems known to western society. Fruit juice is also beneficial in many ways and provides a lot of vital minerals, nutrients and other elements required to keep the body functioning properly. The one thing to watch out with fruit juice is that most fruits tend to have high concentrations of sugar. Most ground based root vegetables also have high sugar content and therefore must be consumed with some moderation. The best ways to enjoy the full benefits of any juicer recipe is by being well diversified in the ingredients used and consume a wide variety of both fruits and vegetables.
